Cheese and Fruit Pretzel Kabobs: 12/2-12/10
Ingredients:

Trail Mix: 11/14-11/22
Ingredients:
-2c low-sugar, whole grain cereal -1c raisins -1c dried fruit (cranberries, apples, mango etc)
-1c dark chocolate chips -1c nuts -1c sunflower or pumpkin seeds

Put all the food in a large bowl. Mix up with your hands. Put 2 handfuls into a zip lock bag. Keep filling bags until the bowl is empty.

-16oz container Greek vanilla yogurt -1/4c canned pumpkin -1/2 tsp sugar
-1 honey graham cracker crumbled -2 tsp dark chocolate chips -2 tsp pumpkin seeds
Preparation:
Fill a small bowl with yogurt and sprinkle with ¾ of the graham cracker. Mix pumpkin with sugar and add to yogurt. Top with remaining graham cracker, chocolate chips and pumpkin seeds.

-cooking oil spray -2, 6 inch whole wheat tortillas - 1/4c reduced-fat cheddar cheese -1/3c fresh tomatoes, finely chopped -1/3c onions, finely chopped -1/3c fresh mushrooms, sliced -1/3c green bell peppers, chopped

Spray frying pan with cooking oil and heat for 1 minute on MEDIUM. Set aside 2 tablespoons of cheese. Place 1 tortilla in frying pan and spread the remaining cheese on tortilla. Then sprinkle with tomatoes,onions, mushrooms, green peppers, and the remaining cheese. Top with second tortilla. Press down with
spatula to help cheese melt. Carefully turn over and allow to cook for 1 minute. Cut into 4 pieces.

Cut the red pepper into small strips, the tomato into small pieces, and break of pieces of broccoli. Spread about 1 tbsp of the tomato sauce on the English muffin. Sprinkle cheese on top of the sauce. Now make a face using the veggies. Use 1 or 2 strips of the pepper to make a mouth, a couple pieces of tomato for the nose, and two pieces of broccoli for eyes. Bake your pizza for 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees until the cheese melts.

-1c pineapple chunks
